Booking and Appointments

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. You must provide accurate contact information and arrival details when booking.

Confirmation

All appointments are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is confirmed.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, and you may still be charged the full service price.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. However, to ensure we can accommodate all clients:

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee

• No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full service price

• Repeated Cancellations: Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments

Deposits

• We will schedule a complimentary touch-up or correction within 7 days
