Services
Iris Lash Studio provides professional eyelash extension services, eyebrow threading, and related beauty treatments. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our policies.
Booking and Appointments
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. You must provide accurate contact information and arrival details when booking.
Confirmation
All appointments are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is confirmed.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, and you may still be charged the full service price.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. However, to ensure we can accommodate all clients:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full service price
- Repeated Cancellations: Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed appointment prices will be honored.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments within 30 days.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated but not required. Tips can be provided in cash or added to your credit card payment.

- We will schedule a complimentary touch-up or correction within 7 days
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
