Payment & Refund Policy

No Refunds After Service Completion

Please understand that once your eyelash extension service has been completed and you have left the salon, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. This policy exists because:

The service has been performed and time/materials have been invested
You have the opportunity to review and approve the work before leaving
Lash retention varies based on individual aftercare and natural lash cycles
Products and professional time cannot be recovered once service is rendered

While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your lashes, we offer complimentary adjustments within 48 hours of your appointment.

Lash Extension Refill Policy

Refill appointments are available to maintain your lash extensions. Pricing and eligibility depend on the time elapsed since your last full set or refill appointment.

24‑Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Window

To provide a calm, organized experience for every guest, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client on our waitlist.

All clients must confirm their appointment by phone call or text message when contacted by our studio. If we do not receive a confirmation before 8 hours of your appointment is not guaranteed and your spot may be canceled or released to another client.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and digital payments
Deposits may be required for first-time clients
$30 deposit applied toward your service total
Gratuity is appreciated but not required
15-20% is standard for excellent service

Late Policy

We understand that life happens. If you’re running behind, please call or text the studio as soon as possible so we can do our best to adjust.

Arrivals up to 15 minutes late: We will do our best to complete the full service, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late: Your service may be shortened, moved to a later available time, or treated as a late cancellation, and a fee may apply.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are missed or changed last‑minute, it becomes difficult for us to fill that time and impacts other guests waiting to be seen.

24‑hour notice required: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: May result in a late cancellation fee, typically a percentage of the scheduled service.
No‑show / missed appointments: May be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook.
Same‑day changes: Reducing the service time or changing the service type the day of your appointment may be treated as a partial cancellation.

If you need to adjust your appointment, please call, text, or use our online booking system to make changes at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

By booking an appointment at Iris Lash Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all studio policy outlined on this page, including our refill schedule, no-refund policy, and cancellation terms.
