Late Policy

If you are running late, please send us a message letting me know how late you will be. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client.


Refund Policy

If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, however, those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointment. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.


if you haven't confirmed your appointment 12 hours before, we may not be able to reserve your appointment and your appointment may be adjusted whenver next appointment is available.
